- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I booked a taxi with your firm This was to pick me up on Monday 20th May at 11.50pm at St.Austell Bus Station and to take me home.
Your driver assured me that he had booked this job. No one turned up. After a long journey of 16 hours from Italy, I had to walk the 2 miles home.
As a customer I am bloody angry and would like an explanation or at least an apology from you. I will never use you firm ever again. If this is the normal kind of service you give people, then god help us all. It is lucky I am a fairly fit 58 year old, otherwise I would still be stuck at St.Austell Bus station.
